Florida Rep's January production, Dancing at Lughnasa, gained national attention for Florida Rep.

Acclaimed drama critic, Terry Teachout, called the production a "model of creative taste."

Teachout said, "I confess to not having expected to run across so stirring a production of 'Dancing at Lughnasa' a stone's throw from the Gulf of Mexico.
